Job summary

HSO is seeking a Solution Architect - Managed Services in Sydney to provide senior functional leadership for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. You will advise customers, shape practical solutions, and lead functional reviews across finance, supply chain, and operations.

You’ll mentor consultants and drive continuous improvement within a hybrid, full-time environment. You will engage with stakeholders to ensure sustainable outcomes, support service improvements, and help transition solutions

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 F&O in customer-facing environments.
• Strong functional expertise across finance, supply chain, or operations.
• Experience mentoring consultants and leading service improvements.

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior functional authority within Managed Services for Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Provide guidance and leadership on complex business processes and support scenarios.
• Review and assure functional designs, configuration changes, and process improvements.
• Lead root cause analysis for major incidents, process breakdowns, and recurring issues.
• Translate business requirements into practical, supportable solutions.
• Mentor consultants and senior consultants through coaching and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to solution shaping, support estimates, and presales activities.
