Job summary

HSO Group is seeking a Solution Architect - Managed Services in Sydney to provide expert advisory and leadership for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations across finance, supply chain, and operations. You’ll mentor consultants, shape best practices, and ensure solutions are practical and value-driven for complex customer environments.

The role focuses on strategic guidance, functional assurance, and transition of projects into Managed Services, with flexible hybrid work arrangements and ongoing

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations in customer-facing environments.
• Strong functional expertise across finance, supply chain, or operational processes.
• Proven experience as a Senior Consultant, Lead Consultant, Solution Architect, or SME.
• Experience in Managed Services, application support, or live service environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior functional authority for Dynamics 365 F&O within Managed Services.
• Provide guidance on complex business processes and support scenarios.
• Review and assure functional designs, configurations, and process improvements.
• Lead root cause analysis for major incidents and recurring issues.
• Engage with customer stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
• Translate business requirements into practical, supportable solutions.
• Support service reviews and roadmap discussions.
• Drive stability, scalability, and optimisation of business processes.
• Mentor consultants and uplift capability within the team.
