Job summary

Sharp & Carter is seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Developer to own a large government CRM environment in Queensland. The role is hands-on, focusing on platform stability, resolving complex issues, delivering enhancements and leading a major integration programme across Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, Power Platform, SharePoint and Azure.

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / Customer Service.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse and the Power Platform.
• Development experience using C# and Dataverse plugins.
• Strong JavaScript / TypeScript development capability.
• Experience building and troubleshooting REST API integrations and working with the Dataverse Web API.
• Practical experience with Power Automate.
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with Outlook, Exchange Online and SharePoint.
• Understanding of OAuth 2.0, Microsoft Entra ID and application security.
• Experience managing Dynamics 365 solutions, environments and deployment processes.
• Ability to investigate complex technical issues and deliver sustainable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of ongoing Dynamics 365 CE development, support and technical enhancements.
• Investigate and resolve complex production issues across Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Outlook, Exchange and SharePoint.
• Develop and maintain Dataverse plugins, custom APIs and JavaScript/TypeScript customisations.
• Design, develop and implement integrations with external organisations using REST APIs and Microsoft technologies.
• Lead technical delivery across an integration programme of approximately 14 connections.
• Improve Outlook email tracking, server-side synchronisation and document management functionality.
• Develop and maintain Power Automate flows and Power Platform solutions.
• Improve application lifecycle management, deployment practices and CI/CD processes.
• Establish robust monitoring, documentation and support procedures.

Senior Dynamics 365 Developer

An opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Developer / Technical Lead to take ownership of an established enterprise CRM environment within a Queensland government organisation.

This is a hands-on technical position focused on improving platform stability, resolving complex production issues, delivering functional enhancements and leading a significant integration programme.

Working across Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, Power Platform, SharePoint and Azure, you will play a key role in strengthening the existing environment while delivering approximately 14 integrations with external organisations.

To be successful, you will bring:
