Job summary

CareCone Group is seeking a seasoned MS Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to lead SCM and Finance & Operations initiatives in Sydney. You will translate complex business processes into scalable D365 solutions, run workshops with stakeholders, and drive end-to-end delivery across procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and finance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 in SCM/Finance & Operations.
• Strong requirements gathering and functional design experience.
• Proven ability to lead workshops and mentor teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior functional leadership across Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Supply Chain Management.
• Translate business requirements into effective Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Lead workshops with business stakeholders, process owners and technical teams.
• Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities for optimisation, automation and standardisation.
• Define functional requirements, solution designs, process flows and acceptance criteria.
• Provide guidance on D365 configuration, integrations and extensions.
• Work closely with technical architects and developers to ensure solutions are aligned to business requirements and platform capabilities.
• Lead functional solution design across procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics, manufacturing and/or finance.
• Challenge requirements and recommend best-practice Dynamics solutions.
• Provide mentoring, coaching and knowledge transfer to internal Dynamics teams.
• Review deliverables and provide senior-level quality assurance across functional workstreams.
• Support testing, defect resolution, deployment and post-go-live activities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior business and technology stakeholders.
