Job summary

SMEC is seeking a Senior Associate Engineer – Drainage & Flooding in Perth. This permanent role requires 12–15+ years of consulting experience in drainage design and flood modelling.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver major infrastructure projects, ensuring technical standards and client satisfaction while mentoring emerging engineers. Qualifications

• 10–15+ years’ experience delivering drainage packages for infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated capability in leading large-scale project delivery and mentoring teams.
• Strong knowledge of Austroads and Australian Rainfall and Runoff standards.
