• Senior leadership experience in clinical governance, healthcare quality or patient safety.
• Ability to design and implement governance frameworks and assurance systems.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulation, accreditation and credentialing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of clinical governance frameworks, policies, standards and assurance mechanisms.
• Provide leadership across clinical safety, quality, risk management, credentialing and professional assurance.
• Establish and oversee clinical audit, performance monitoring and quality improvement programs.
• Lead credentialing, recredentialling and professional assurance frameworks.
• Provide governance reporting, dashboards and assurance to executives and stakeholders.
• Build and lead a high-performing Clinical Governance team and embed a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
