Job summary

Health and Community Services Directorate in Canberra is seeking a Senior Director, Clinical Development to lead the Clinical Development Unit. You will coach staff and guide practice change across CYF's operations, delivering evidence-based guidance and specialist clinical advice for the child and family sector.

The role supports the strategic vision of CYF and the CSPA Branch and champions continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• CYPP 6 must have at least five (5) years of practical experience in social work/case management or leadership.
• Experience leading teams in a community services environment is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Clinical Development Unit and coach staff to deliver practice change initiatives.
• Provide evidence-based practice guidance and clinical specialist advice to CYF operational teams.
• Deliver the strategic vision of CYF and the CSPA Branch and drive service reform.
• Foster collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement across the agency.
