Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Business, Information Technology or related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
• Experience leading digital strategy and transformation initiatives with strong customer relationships
• Proven ability to manage, mentor and develop a high-performing team delivering technology/digital initiatives
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills to influence senior leaders
• High-level business analysis, requirements gathering and process mapping

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Digital Business Partners to deliver strategic digital solutions.
• Build partnerships with senior stakeholders to align with corporate objectives.
• Drive digital transformation across the organisation and ensure measurable business value.
• Provide direction and mentorship to the DBP team and promote innovation.
• Plan and manage change for major transformation projects.
