Job summary

Service Stream is seeking a Senior Digital Support Engineer in Brisbane. This role blends service desk duties with advanced EUC expertise across Microsoft 365, Intune and Windows 11 to resolve complex user issues.

You’ll be the escalation point for issues the wider team can’t resolve, working across endpoints and apps, with a focus on permanent fixes, automation, and knowledge-sharing. On-site 5 days per week with occasional travel to sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in IT support, end user compute or service desk with Level 3 capability.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Australian or NZ Citizen with full AU drivers license.

Responsibilities

• Own incidents and requests end to end via phone, email, ServiceNow and in person.
• Diagnose problems across endpoints, identity, connectivity and apps to find root cause.
• Handle Level 2 and Level 3 escalations and drive permanent fixes.
• Administer Windows 11, macOS, iOS and Android devices, including Intune enrolment and patching.
• Support Microsoft 365 across Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive, incl. Entra ID.
• Provision, configure and rebuild devices for onboarding and offboarding.
• Use PowerShell scripting to fix recurring problems and reduce repeat tickets.
• Write knowledge base articles and mentor engineers to improve the team.
