The role requires strong collaboration across technology, design and business teams, with expertise in Web, Data and Integration, along with hands-on DevOps, cloud-native development, OAuth2/OpenID Connect, and AI-driven innovation.

Qualifications

• Experience designing technology solutions for multi-channel customer communications in insurance or financial services.
• Proven track record architecting Web, Data and Integration programs.
• Experience using customer data to create personalised digital experiences.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across technology, design and business teams.
• Knowledge of DevOps approaches including CI/CD, automation, cloud-native development and IaC.
• Familiarity with OAuth2 and OpenID Connect security protocols.
• Strong stakeholder management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to shape technology strategy with business leaders and align with priorities.
• Experience leading AI-driven innovation across cross-functional teams.
