Qualifications

• The Dietetics Head of Department (HOD) is accountable for the provision of a high level of clinical service including independent professional judgement in solving problems and managing complex issues.
• As the Senior Clinician and Dietitian Manager, you will demonstrate advanced clinical reasoning skills in the provision of clinical care, operating independently with minimum direct clinical supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, implementation and reporting on services to promote effective and efficient clinical service delivery.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and lead activities to improve clinical care.
• Responsible for recruitment, leadership, management and development of direct reports and foster a proactive team culture.
