Job summary

Qualifications
- Trade-qualified diesel mechanic with leadership potential.
- Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting and repair skills.
- Experience mentoring or leading technicians is preferred.
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and safety.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and support qualified and apprentice technicians.
- Coordinate workshop jobs, servicing and repairs to keep work moving.
- Provide technical guidance and diagnose complex machinery faults.
- Carry out servicing and maintenance on agricultural machinery.
- Use diagnostic tools to identify faults accurately.
- Review and finalise job cards with accurate documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow, productivity and revenue.
- Promote a safe, high-standard workmanship and customer service culture.
