Job summary
Hutcheon & Pearce in Finley, NSW is seeking skilled Agricultural/Heavy Equipment technicians for workshop and field roles. You’ll diagnose, service and repair John Deere machinery, with overtime to boost earnings and flexible full-time, part-time or casual options.

Qualifications
- Trade qualified in Heavy Diesel, Mobile Plant, Agricultural, Automotive or Heavy Vehicle
- A current driver’s licence
- Commitment to quality workmanship and safety
- Team player who enjoys learning and sharing knowledge
Responsibilities
- Diagnosing, servicing and repairing Agricultural, Construction and Forestry machinery
- Troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults
- Carrying out repairs and servicing in Finley workshop and/or out in the field
- Working independently while being backed by the wider Service team
- Completing service documentation and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting our customers with quality workmanship and technical advice
- Sharing your knowledge and supporting apprentices and developing technicians
