Job summary

Trideca in Melbourne is seeking experienced DevSecOps specialists to deploy and expand an enterprise service mesh on GCP, configuring API security and cross-cluster communication. You will help delivery teams adopt the platform and meet a tiered set of API security standards.

You will identify gaps in API/microservice security and help implement improvements with security, platform and delivery teams to ensure compliant deployments.

Qualifications

• Experience in DevSecOps with cloud platforms, preferably GCP.
• Experience deploying enterprise service meshes (Istio) across clusters.
• Design or manage API security policies for microservices and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and expand the service mesh across GCP clusters.
• Build and configure security policies for APIs and inter-service communication.
• Assist delivery teams in adopting the platform and meeting API security standards.
• Identify gaps in API and microservice security compliance and remediate.
