Job summary

Raytheon Australia is actively seeking two Senior DevSecOps Engineers to design, develop and implement the Software Factory, including DevSecOps tools, to enable accelerated and secure software delivery. You will work with engineering teams across Azure and hybrid clouds in a defence context, building automation and platform services while advancing security controls.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in software development/ops, experience with GitLab and Artifactory/Xray, scripting skills, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in software development and operations.
• Experience deploying GitLab or equivalent tools.
• Experience deploying Artifactory/Xray or equivalent.
• Scripting in Bash, PowerShell, or ARM templates.
• Knowledge of package management and RBAC using AD/Keycloak.
• Experience with Azure cloud infrastructure and hybrid cloud.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyse and implement DevSecOps tools ecosystem.
• Contribute to cyber assurance and control implementation.
• Create automation scripts to reduce manual work and increase consistency.
• Contribute to platform roadmaps and SaaS delivery model for software factory.
• Work in Azure cloud and hybrid cloud environments for defence programs.
• Stay current with DevSecOps trends and best practices.
• Communicate with stakeholders across different technical levels.
