Emanate Technology Pty Ltd in Brisbane is seeking an experienced cloud/DevOps engineer to own and mature our cloud platforms across Azure and AWS. You will build and automate using Terraform, drive security uplift, and enhance CI/CD practices to support rapid growth.

You’ll collaborate with security, shape platform standards, and improve observability with Grafana while operating in a hybrid 4 days in-office / 1 day remote setup.

Formación

• Experience with Azure and AWS cloud platforms.
• Proficient with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• Strong CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of cloud security, identity and secrets management.
• Experience with containers and cloud-native platforms.
• Experience with monitoring and incident management.
• Scripting in PowerShell, Python or Bash.

Responsabilidades

• Mature the Azure environment and align standards across both cloud platforms.

You'll be joining a business that has grown rapidly and is now investing heavily in maturing its engineering capabilities. AWS is already in a strong position with established automation, Infrastructure as Code and delivery practices, while Azure is on a similar journey following the introduction of new landing zones. A big part of this role will be helping bring consistency across both environments and driving the next phase of platform maturity.

The role

This isn't a role where you'll spend your days simply maintaining pipelines. They're looking for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, improving engineering practices and helping lift capability across a broader technology team.
