Job summary

Reapit is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to design and implement automated, scalable infrastructure for our Australian operations. You will collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to improve deployment, monitoring, and incident response.

You will mentor teammates, drive automation initiatives, and help ensure reliable, high-performance systems in production across Brisbane or Sydney offices.

Qualifications

• Tertiary IT qualification or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Ansible, Terraform, AWS CDK or similar IaC tools.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven ability to identify problems and implement effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Influence design of secure, scalable environments for operations and product needs.
• Lead CI/CD and deployment process improvements.
• Triage and resolve production incidents; build automation to prevent recurrence.
• Mentor junior DevOps engineers and developers.
