Job summary

APM is seeking a DevOps Engineer to design, build, and operate our cloud and platform capabilities, enabling secure, reliable, and scalable technology delivery.

Based in Australia across Perth, Sydney, or Melbourne, this role collaborates with engineering, infrastructure, and security teams to advance cloud platforms and engineering capability.

The position offers flexible / hybrid working, modern tooling, and opportunities to influence platform standards and roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Azure cloud / systems engineering experience.
• Hands-on Terraform and IaC experience.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines and automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate Azure cloud environments across dev, test, prod.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Implement IaC using Terraform and automation.
• Embed DevSecOps practices, with security controls and governance.
• Monitor, log, and alert using Azure-native tools.
• Participate in on-call rotation for critical services.
