You will lead strategy, drive planning, manage budgets and risk, coordinate consultants and authorities, and report to senior executives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in property development.
• Commercially astute, with experience across feasibilities, budgets, programme and risk.
• Confident managing consultants, authorities, stakeholders and project teams.
• Hands-on, driven and comfortable taking ownership, making decisions and driving outcomes.
• An experienced Development Manager ready to step up, or a Senior Development Manager looking for greater autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Take lead responsibility for residential projects from early feasibility and strategy through planning, design, construction and delivery.
• Shape project strategy and development outcomes from the outset.
• Drive planning pathways, approvals and consultant coordination.
• Prepare and manage feasibilities, budgets, financial assessments and risk frameworks.
• Oversee programme, cost, quality and commercial outcomes across the project lifecycle.
• Manage key internal and external stakeholders and provide clear reporting to senior leadership.
• Take genuine ownership of projects and drive them forward through each stage of the development lifecycle.
