Job summary

Design & Build Recruitment is partnered with an established high-rise apartment builder to appoint an experienced Senior Development Manager for their Gold Coast team. The role focuses on leading major high-rise projects across the Gold Coast and Southeast Queensland, driving them from feasibility through to delivery.

We're seeking a development professional with 10+ years’ experience, strong commercial acumen and proven relationships across the Queensland property and construction markets to

Qualifications

• 10+ years of property development experience in high-rise or apartments.
• Strong understanding of the full development lifecycle from feasibility to completion.
• Established relationships with consultants, authorities, builders and industry stakeholders in SE Queensland.

Responsibilities

• Lead major high-rise residential developments across the Gold Coast and SE Queensland.
• Drive projects from initial feasibility and acquisition through planning, design, approvals and delivery.
• Work closely with internal construction teams, consultants, authorities and key project stakeholders.
• Leverage your industry relationships to unlock opportunities and deliver commercially successful developments.
• Shape and grow a pipeline of landmark residential projects.

Design & Build Recruitment is partnering with an established high-rise apartment builder to identify an experienced Senior Development Manager to join their Gold Coast-based team.

This is an opportunity to work with a business delivering some of the most eye-catching residential buildings across Southeast Queensland, with a strong pipeline of high-rise apartment developments and an opportunity to make a genuine impact on the region's skyline.

We're looking for a proven development professional with 10+ years of experience, a strong track record in high-rise residential projects, and established relationships across the Queensland property and construction markets.

The Opportunity

• Lead major high-rise residential developments across the Gold Coast and Southeast Queensland.

About You

• 10+ years' experience in property development, within high-rise residential or apartment projects.
• A strong understanding of the full development lifecycle, from feasibility through to completion.
• Established relationships with consultants, authorities, builders and key industry stakeholders across Southeast Queensland.
• Proven commercial acumen, with the ability to manage project risk, budgets, programmes and outcomes.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• A genuine passion for delivering quality developments that stand out in the market.
