Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering complex capital transactions and development partnerships in a commercial environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to apply financial modelling and feasibility analysis to inform decisions.
• Proven ability to work across the full development lifecycle with deal structuring, risk and delivery guidance.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills to drive collaborative outcomes.
• Ability to balance priorities and deliver within timeframes, budgets and quality expectations.
• High level of autonomy and accountability with decisive, outcome-driven mindset.
• Advanced communication skills translating complex information for technical and non-technical audiences.
