Lion Marketing is seeking a Senior Designer to craft high-quality design across Lion’s brand portfolio. This fixed-term role runs through to 30 June 2027, based in Sydney, with opportunities to shape identity, elevate packaging, and deliver artwork-ready concepts.

You’ll bring senior-level design craft, collaborate with the design team, and contribute across diverse brands to create impactful moments that resonate with consumers.

Qualifications

• Strong experience at Senior Designer level.
• Well-developed creative and design capability.
• Ability to work across different brands and design styles.
• Experience working on packaging design.
• A collaborative approach within a creative team.
• Confidence taking creative work from concept through execution.
