Employment Hero is seeking a Senior Designer for a 12-month fixed-term contract, mostly remote. You will own campaigns from concept to delivery, shape the brand narrative, and collaborate with motion designers, copywriters, and global teams in an AI-first environment.

You bring 6+ years in design, a robust portfolio, and expertise across branding, motion, and UX/UI, with strong leadership in remote settings. Parental leave cover role supports flexible, autonomous workstreams.

Qualifications

6+ years in a creative studio or agency environment.
3+ years as a Senior/Lead Designer or Art Director.
Portfolio with scroll-stopping, results-driven work.
Motion-first mindset and strong storytelling chops.
Strategic and collaborative with a curious streak.
Deep knowledge of design principles: typography, layout, colour, accessibility.

Responsibilities

Own campaigns from concept to final delivery across brand ecosystems.
Shape creative concepts and ensure narrative is clear and consistent across channels.
Lead integrated campaigns with writers, marketers, motion designers, and global teams.
Storyboard and craft visual storytelling for motion projects; mentor juniors.
Embed AI workflows to test concepts and accelerate creativity.
