Job summary

Hanes Australasia is seeking an experienced Senior Designer to lead the Women's Underwear category design direction. You will guide seasonal ranges, research trends, and collaborate with design, merchandising, R&D and supply chain to deliver commercial products.

You will also mentor a small design team and drive efficient product development processes while maintaining high creativity and quality across the brand portfolio.

Qualifications

• A qualification in Fashion Design or a related field.
• Experience in a similar design role within a commercial environment.
• Previous experience leading or mentoring a design team.
• Strong product design and development knowledge.
• CAD design skills and working knowledge of Photoshop.
• A good understanding of trends, fabrics, colour and product innovation.
• Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Designer to join our Design team and help shape the future of our Women's Underwear category.

About The Role

As our Senior Designer, you'll lead the creative direction of the category, turning trends and insights into products that customers love. You'll work closely with Design, Merchandising, R&D and Supply Chain teams to develop seasonal ranges that are both innovative and commercially successful.

You'll also support and develop a small design team, helping to bring great ideas to life while keeping projects moving on time.
