Daikin Australia is seeking a Senior Design Engineer – AHU to lead end-to-end R&D for Air Handling Unit products, coordinating development from concept to delivery with Manufacturing, Sales, and global affiliates.

You will apply engineering best practices, address complex design challenges, and mentor cross-functional teams in a diverse, collaborative environment. Prior AHU design and coil/fan/motor selection experience is essential.

Competenze

• 8+ years of experience leading Project Management and Product Development initiatives.
• Background in AHU product design and Air Conditioning design.
• Mandatory experience with coil, fan, and motor selection software.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end R&D AHU product development projects from requirements to delivery.
• Provide technical guidance to Manufacturing, resolving design, application, and production issues.
• Document design modifications and deliver cost-effective, compliant AHU solutions.
