Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Architecture.
• Knowledge of Australian market and local building codes.
• Proficient in Revit strongly preferred.
• Experience working on multi-res residential, mixed-use, retail, industrial sectors.
• Design portfolio and ability to communicate design thinking.

Responsibilities

• Drive design excellence across projects with innovative architecture and aesthetics.
• Contribute to design culture via reviews, workshops, learning.
• Participate in feasibility studies and concept design.
• Represent the firm at client meetings and industry panels.
• Lead design delivery with high-quality docs and coordination.
• Develop design material for client meetings and competitions.
• Bridge creative vision with functional and commercial needs.
• Master 3D modelling/visualisation (Revit, Enscape) to iterate quickly.
• Integrate sustainable design and high-performance strategies.
• Mentor junior/intermediate staff on design methods.
• Translate briefs into compelling concept narratives and visuals.
• Navigate stakeholders including authorities to secure buy-in.
