Job summary

Bespoke Careers is assisting an established design practice in Sydney to recruit an Architect for high-end Class 2 multi-residential projects. The ideal candidate will bring excellent ArchiCAD skills, strong detailing, and a track record delivering concept through to site completion.

You will join a collaborative team, liaise with clients and consultants, and contribute to design and technical development while maintaining high-quality documentation and standards in line with Australian norms.

Qualifications

• Strong ArchiCAD and technical skills.
• Extensive experience working on local multi-residential projects.
• Good knowledge of BCA and Australian Standards.
• Confidence with the ability to show initiative and be proactive.

Responsibilities

• Join a collaborative and tight-knit team.
• Direct liaison with clients and consultants.
• Take projects from design development to completion.
• Produce highly detailed design work.
• Ensure high-quality documentation.
• Contribute to design and technical development of projects.
