Job summary

The Centre for Medical Aesthetics in Surry Hills, NSW, is seeking an experienced Dermal Therapist to join TCMA & FutureSkin. You will deliver advanced treatments, perform skin consultations, and develop personalised treatment plans.

This role requires a Diploma/Bachelor in Dermal Science (or equivalent) and a minimum of three years' clinical experience. You will work across TCMA and FutureSkin, maintain records, uphold safety standards, and contribute to patient education and skincare

Qualifications

• Qualified Dermal Therapist with Diploma or Bachelor in Dermal Science (or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years experience in clinical or aesthetic setting.
• Experience with advanced devices and laser treatments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced skin and aesthetic treatments and customised facials.
• Conduct comprehensive skin consultations and develop personalised treatment plans.
• Provide high-level patient care, education and skincare recommendations.
• Assist the Doctor with consultations and selected treatments.
• Maintain accurate clinical notes and treatment records.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Dermal Therapist to join our growing team at TCMA & FutureSkin. This role is ideal for someone confident in delivering advanced treatments, supporting medical consultations, and committed to achieving real, long-term results for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a range of advanced skin and aesthetic treatments, including customised skin treatments and facials, Hydrafacial, Morpheus8, treatments associated with the InMode platform (including skin tightening and rejuvenation), ClearLift and DyeVL, Sofwave, Pico laser treatments, SkinPen microneedling, and hair restoration treatments
• Conduct comprehensive skin consultations and develop personalised treatment plans
• Provide high-level patient care, education and skincare recommendations
• Assist the Doctor with consultations and selected treatments
• Maintain accurate clinical notes and treatment records
• Uphold clinic protocols, hygiene and safety standards
• Work between both TCMA and FutureSkin
• Assist with marketing endeavours including social media

About you

• Qualified Dermal Therapist (Diploma or Bachelor in Dermal Science or equivalent)
• Minimum 3 years experience in a clinical or aesthetic environment
• Experience with advanced devices and laser treatments preferred
• Strong consultation and treatment planning skills
• Excellent communication and patient care approach
• Professional, reliable and team-oriented
• Australian work rights are required for this position
• Social media savvy
