Medical Aesthetics 360 in Chatswood and Hurstville, Sydney, is seeking a passionate Beauty Therapist to join our doctor-led clinic. You will perform professional facial treatments, provide skin consultations and support laser-based procedures under supervision.

Medical Aesthetics 360 is seeking a passionate, professional and customer-focused Beauty Therapist to join our team.

We are an established, doctor-led medical aesthetics clinic offering a wide range of advanced skin treatments, medical-grade facials and laser-based procedures.

We are looking for someone who enjoys helping clients achieve their skin goals, takes pride in providing exceptional service and is eager to develop their skills in medical aesthetics.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing professional facial treatments and personalised skin care services.


• Conducting skin consultations within your scope of practice and recommending suitable skincare and treatment options.


• Assisting with laser and energy-based treatments, with appropriate training and supervision.


• Educating clients about skincare, aftercare and ongoing treatment plans.


• Building strong client relationships and encouraging repeat visits.


• Maintaining excellent hygiene, treatment documentation and clinic standards.


• Working collaboratively with our doctors, therapists and reception team.

About You

Essential:

• Relevant qualifications in Beauty Therapy.


• Practical experience performing professional facial treatments.


• Strong knowledge of skincare products, skin concerns and facial treatment protocols.


• Excellent communication and customer service skills.


• Professional presentation, reliability and a positive attitude.


• Confidence in discussing skincare recommendations and treatment plans with clients.

Highly Desirable:

• Previous experience working with laser or energy-based aesthetic devices.


• Experience in a medical aesthetics clinic or advanced skin clinic.


• Knowledge of treatments such as IPL/BBL, laser skin rejuvenation, skin resurfacing or RF-based treatments.


• Strong client retention and consultation skills.

Laser experience is an advantage but not essential. We welcome applications from skilled beauty therapists who are motivated to learn and expand their expertise.
