Job summary

Nova Dental Implant Centre in Denman Prospect, ACT is seeking an experienced senior receptionist or clinic professional to join as an Assistant Manager. You will lead from the front to ensure smooth daily operations and a seamless patient experience from arrival through to follow-up.

Working closely with clinicians and the wider team, you’ll oversee clinic scheduling, patient flow, rosters, and stock, while supporting compliance, infection control and consistent processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in dental reception, clinical coordination or clinic leadership.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Experience managing schedules and workflows in a busy clinic.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating daily clinic operations, patient flow and appointments.
• Supporting and leading the reception and dental assisting teams.
• Managing rosters, staffing coverage and clinic readiness.
• Coordinating treatment schedules, lab cases and clinical logistics.
• Leading daily team huddles and maintaining clear communication.
• Managing stock, consumables and general clinic requirements.
