Job summary

Pure Dentistry in Brisbane is seeking a Certified Dental Assistant (III or IV) to join a modern, QIP-accredited practice in Upper Mount Gravatt. You’ll assist with dental treatments that may include sleep dentistry and IV sedation, supporting patients from young children to adults with dental anxiety.

You’ll oversee chairside work, treatment setup and infection control, keep rooms stocked, and help run a smooth daily schedule.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting (Essential)
• Permanent work rights in Australia (Essential)
• Valid Australian driver’s licence and own transport (Essential)
• Previous experience in dental treatment under general anaesthesia and/or IV sedation (Preferred)
• Experience with implants or tooth restorations setups (Preferred)
• Meticulous infection control (Essential)

Responsibilities

• Assisting chairside across general, surgical and paediatric procedures
• Setting up treatment rooms with precision and maintaining infection control
• Helping anxious patients feel at ease before treatment begins
• Keeping stock complete and prepared ahead of each day’s list
• Rolling with the appointment book when schedules change
