Bexley Dental is expanding and seeking a senior Dental Assistant to join a dynamic, supportive team in a leading-edge practice renowned for expertise in All-On-4 and implant dentistry. This is a full time position offering flexible hours to suit your lifestyle and career goals.

You will chairside assist across general and complex procedures, prepare treatment rooms, manage infection control, stock, and support day-to-day operations in a high-volume clinic.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Dental Assistant experience
• Strong infection control knowledge
• Excellent communication and patient care
• Reliable, adaptable and team-focused
• Ability to work in a busy, high-volume clinic

Responsibilities

• Chairside assisting across general and complex dental procedures including implants.
• Prepare treatment rooms and support clinicians in a high-volume, fast-paced practice.
• Sterilisation duties and infection control
• Unpacking stock

Key responsibilities

• Chairside assisting across a broad range of general and complex dental procedures including dental implants and A04 procedures.
• Preparing treatment rooms and supporting clinicians across a high-volume, fast-paced practice
• Sterilisation duties and infection control
• Unpacking stock
• Delivering exceptional patient care and customer service
• Supporting smooth day-to-day operations
• Working collaboratively within a large, professional team

About you

• At least 2 years of Dental Assistant experience is required
• Confident all-rounder across chairside assisting and sterilisation
• Comfortable working in a busy, high-volume clinical environment
• Strong understanding of infection control standards
• Reliable, adaptable and team-focused
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Reliability and punctuality, with a strong work ethic and consistent attendance
• Must be available Monday to Friday
