Job summary

Permanent full-time opportunity to provide high-level dental assisting to eligible patients of the School Dental Service (SDS) in Metro North Oral Health Services (MNOHS). Assist in the professional development of dental assistants and manage the dental team to support service targets and budget integrity.

Our ideal candidate will deliver chairside assistance to dentists and dental specialists, oversee SDS facilities and dental vans, and maintain a safe, hygienic clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Provide chairside assistance to dental professionals in oral health procedures.
• Monitor and maintain operations of SDS facilities and dental vans, including preventive maintenance and audits.
• Maintain a safe, hygienic clinical environment and assist with instrument/equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Provide chairside assistance to Dentists, Specialists, Prosthetists, Therapists, and Students.
• Monitor and coordinate dental van movements and SDS facilities operations.
• Maintain clinical environment and assist with instrument and equipment maintenance.
