Stryker in Sydney, Australia, is seeking a Senior Demand Planner to join the Medical APAC Supply Chain team. You will develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts, lead demand planning processes and Executive Demand Review, and partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain to support strategic decisions.

Ideal candidates have 4–6+ years in demand or supply planning, strong forecasting expertise, advanced Excel/Power Platform skills, and a proven ability to influence senior

• 4–6+ years' experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning or related functions.
• Strong understanding of forecasting methodologies, planning processes and supply chain principles.
• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and/or Power Platform.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead executive-level discussions.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Senior Demand Planner to join our Medical APAC Supply Chain team and play a critical role in ensuring the right products are available at the right time for healthcare professionals and patients across the region.

This is far more than a forecasting role. You'll operate as a strategic business partner, influencing commercial decisions, driving Integrated Business Planning (IBP), and helping senior leaders navigate risk, opportunity and growth across a complex and fast-moving healthcare environment.

Partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain leaders, you'll transform data into actionable insights, improve forecast accuracy and drive decisions that directly impact business performance and customer outcomes.

What You'll Do

Who You Are

Required Qualifications

Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline

4–6+ years' experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning or related functions

Strong understanding of forecasting methodologies, planning processes and supply chain principles

Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and/or Power Platform

Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead executive-level discussions

Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills

Experience working across complex, cross-functional business environments

Preferred Qualifications

Experience within Medical Devices, Healthcare or other regulated industries

Exposure to global organisations and matrix environments

Knowledge of Oracle Demantra, i2, Demand Solutions or similar forecasting platforms

Statistical modelling, data analytics or business intelligence experience

Experience supporting large-scale supply chain transformation initiatives
