You will translate service needs into technology priorities and ensure stability, responsiveness and strong performance across critical services.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery and ongoing operation of high-profile, business-critical services.
• Connect Services, Product and Technology to translate operational needs into clear technology priorities.
• Manage service requests, priorities, risks and dependencies across multiple teams and partners.
• Build strong relationships across internal teams, external partners and government stakeholders.
• Navigate complex stakeholder environments and competing priorities with confidence.
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences while maintaining momentum and accountability.
• Strengthen governance and operational discipline to keep services stable, responsive and aligned to customer needs.
