Superloop is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead delivery of customer services and projects across our portfolio in Australia. You will coordinate internal teams, customers, suppliers and vendors to ensure services are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.

You will own end-to-end delivery lifecycle, proactively managing risks and issues while supporting Superloop's strategic objectives and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer service or customer-facing role.
• Strong and confident communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership and work autonomously.
• Highly organized, with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Customer-focused, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Project management experience is desirable.
• Experience within telecommunications/technology industry is desirable.
• Experience using Salesforce.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate resources, activities, and communications to ensure timely delivery of services in line with SLAs.
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure order accuracy and progress.
• Manage procurement and availability of equipment required for service delivery.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of customer orders and handover to Billing with complete details.
• Manage company assets and resources to support delivery of services.
• Act as central point of contact for all service delivery activities with clear communication.
• Maintain accurate records in reporting systems and Network Management Systems (NMS).
• Identify, investigate, and resolve issues impacting order fulfilment, escalating risks as needed.
• Promote a customer-centric approach to uphold service quality and delivery timelines.
