Sharon AI, Inc. is seeking a Senior Delivery Lead for Bare Metal & Infrastructure Services in Australia. You will own the execution roadmap, coordinate with Product Manager, and lead the squad through Scrum ceremonies, quarterly planning and cross‑functional collaboration.
You’ll manage dependencies across engineering, vendors and operations in a fast-growing AI infrastructure environment. Remote work across Australia is supported, with a strong emphasis on ownership, reporting, and delivering
Sharon AI is an Australian neocloud, delivering trusted AI infrastructure organisations need to build, train and run AI at scale. We support customers across the full AI lifecycle, from training through to inference and agentic AI, drawing on a strong ecosystem of technology and co-location partners to deliver capability where it’s needed. As the first neocloud to join NVIDIA’s AI Compute Program, we’re growing quickly, scaling our AI Factory platform to meet rising demand for advanced compute.
The Senior Delivery Lead, Bare Metal & Infrastructure Services is responsible for executing the roadmap for the business’s foundational GPU, bare metal, network and storage services. The role delivers managed bare metal, customer-operated operating systems without provider agents, and pure bare metal with customer virtualisation and controlled BMC access, including AICP and non-AICP service variants.
Working with the Product Manager, Core Architecture, Platform Engineering, Operations, security and the HPC, network and storage architects, the role delivers repeatable provisioning, hardware lifecycle management and support across the bare metal management models. These variants are managed inside the same squad, so engineering effort and ownership are not split.
The role is dedicated to this domain and works with the Product Manager, who defines the what, while the Senior Delivery Lead leads the work. It reports to the internal PMO and manages escalations, board and weekly reporting.
