Coles in Australia is seeking an experienced Head of Project Delivery & Change to lead the delivery of complex operational initiatives across our national network. This hands-on senior leadership role combines strong project and PMO discipline with commercial judgment, enabling influence at executive level.

Reporting to the General Manager, you'll build and lead a team, drive governance over RAID, budgets, milestones, and interdependencies, and translate strategy into practical implementation

Qualificações

• Significant experience leading complex programs in a large operational environment.
• Strong PMO governance capabilities including budgets, RAID, portfolio reporting.
• Executive-level stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead projects from planning to mobilisation, execution, deployment and transition to BAU.
• Drive strong governance, RAID, budgets, milestones and interdependencies.
• Produce executive-ready reporting and cadence for timely decisions.
