Job summary

ProFound People Pty Ltd in Adelaide seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead a major maritime defence program, owning outcomes across time, cost and quality. You will manage multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholder relationships to ensure successful delivery and value generation.

The role requires Australian citizenship with NV1 eligibility, extensive experience in large-scale projects, and a track record delivering projects over $10M. Permanent, on-site with bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering or similar discipline.
• Recognised Project Management Practitioner credential.
• Australian citizenship with eligibility for NV1 security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage all project activities and risks to ensure milestones.
• Lead project teams across time, cost and quality targets.
• Develop costings, proposals and CCP plans.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service and internal functions.
• Manage customer relations, deliveries, contract amendments and claims.
• Drive delivery with initiative and stakeholder collaboration.
• Provide regular project performance reviews and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with corporate processes and procedures.
