Job summary

ProFound People is recruiting a Senior Project Manager for a major maritime program within a leading global defence and technology company. You will own planning, delivery, and risk management across all delivery phases, coordinating engineers and staff while maintaining TCQ targets and revenue generation.

Key responsibilities include stakeholder management, CCP planning, and collaboration with Sales and internal functions to drive customer value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent.
• Recognised Project Management Practitioner credential.
• Experience delivering projects valued at $10M+
• Australian citizenship with NV1 security clearance eligibility

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to deliver the program on time, cost and quality.
• Develop costings, proposals and CCP plans.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service and other functions to maximise value.
• Manage customer relations, deliveries, and contractual changes.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and risk mitigation.
