Job summary
IAG Defence & National Security (DNS) is seeking an experienced LMS Consultant / Solution Lead to deliver a modern enterprise learning platform. You will work with stakeholders to ensure scalable learning, reporting and workforce development across a complex organisation.
The role involves leading LMS implementation, HR and reporting integrations, analytics, multi-tenant configurations and AI-enhanced learning experiences, with remote work and commencement in October 2026; current AGSVA Baseline
Qualifications
- Experience implementing or supporting enterprise LMS.
- Experience integrating LMS with HR, reporting or workforce systems.
- Experience delivering cloud-based, scalable digital learning solutions.
- Knowledge of learner record management, reporting, analytics and performance processes.
- Experience with multi-tenant environments and complex stakeholder groups.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and business analysis skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead LMS implementation and configuration.
- Deliver integrations to HR and reporting platforms.
- Support learner management, program administration, and reporting.
- Configure multi-tenant environments and data sharing.
- Implement AI-enabled functionality and user-focused experiences.
- Provide guidance on optimization and adoption.
- Develop implementation plans, docs, and delivery reporting.
- Support testing, deployment, transition activities.
- Provide technical training to stakeholders.
