Job summary

Informatech Pty Ltd in Canberra seeks multiple experienced Project and Program Managers to deliver complex, security-sensitive ICT programs for Defence and Commonwealth clients. You will lead delivery end to end, covering planning, scheduling and governance, while coordinating large vendors and cross-functional teams.

The role requires NV1 clearance or higher, strong stakeholder communication and executive reporting, and the ability to manage multiple projects within tight timeframes.

Qualifications

• Proven delivery of complex ICT projects or programs in Defence, Government or similarly complex enterprise environments.
• NV1 clearance (or higher) and Canberra-based.
• Developing foundational project artefacts and managing the schedule, budget and project team.
• Active management of risks, dependencies, issues and procurement.
• Managing vendors and contractual obligations to achieve results in short timeframes.
• Managing complex stakeholder environments and coordinating multiple technical and business delivery teams.
• Compliance with client project management standards and security requirements; PM qualifications or a degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex ICT projects and programs.
• Plan, schedule, monitor budgets and governance across streams.
• Manage technical and business teams and large vendors.
• Provide executive-ready reporting to stakeholders.
• Coordinate multiple projects and teams to meet tight timeframes.
• Ensure compliance with Defence ICT governance and accreditation processes.
