Jigsaw Notions in Canberra is seeking an experienced Level 3 Assistant Program Manager to drive forward work planning, project and risk management within a specialist Defence ICT team. You’ll help deliver the annual program of work, manage budget and phasing, and coordinate vendors and stakeholders.

You will shape and deliver forward work plans, build program artefacts, turn technical requirements into deliverable work packages, and support senior management with governance and business insight.

Formación

• 12+ years in project or program support, ideally in secure Defence ICT.
• Proven program management experience.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder skills.
• Solid grasp of business processes and strategy.

Responsabilidades
