Job summary

IAG Defence & National Security (DNS) is seeking an experienced Technical Engineering Project Manager to lead planning, coordination and delivery management for a complex Defence program. Based in Symonston, ACT, you will work with a technical engineering team, Defence stakeholders and industry partners to achieve milestones while complying with export control requirements.

You will oversee budget, schedules and governance reporting, coordinate prototyping and test events, and ensure alignment

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field is required or higher.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the project management plan with schedule and risk management.
• Identify and manage project-related risk and escalate when needed.
• Coordinate engineering, integration, assurance and verification activities.
• Manage delivery schedules, dependencies and governance reporting.
• Ensure reviews, governance forums and milestones are planned and tracked.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement with Defence and industry partners.
