Austcorp Executive in Canberra seeks a Senior Electrical Construction Project Lead / Director to drive end-to-end delivery of Electrical and Data/Comms installations on Defence sites, with project values in the $15M+ range.

You will lead delivery teams, balance direct staff and specialist subbies, oversee planning, BIM/3D modelling inputs and ensure safe, on-time, on-budget outcomes with high quality standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Defence Electrical/Construction project experience.
• Experience delivering Electrical/Data/Comms installations on large projects.
• Strong leadership and client facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership across defence Electrical & Data/Comms projects.
• Identify project commercial opportunities and support BIM/3D modelling teams.
• Manage delivery through regular client interface and team coordination.
