Job summary

Austcorp Executive Recruitment PTY Ltd is seeking a senior electrical/building services engineer to design and oversee mechanical building services including HVAC on major defence, federal government, university and infrastructure projects.

You will engage with stakeholders, manage consultant engagement and variations, and ensure project delivery stays within budget and deadlines across greenfield, brownfield, or refurbishment work.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years experience in commercial and infrastructure projects.
• Proficient with PowerCAD, Revit, Bluebeam and ACAD.

Responsibilities

• Design, consult on engagement and variations of mechanical building services including HVAC for major projects.
• Engage with stakeholders to identify best outcomes for greenfield, brownfield or refurbishments.
• Ensure project delivery is within budgets and deadlines.
