Job summary

EY-Parthenon is seeking a Senior Consultant to support Deal Technology services across transactions of various sizes. You will analyze IT risks, advise on separation or integration, and present key deliverables while supporting business development activities.

The role requires collaborating with multiple EY-Parthenon teams to bring best practices and technology-led insights to clients. A strong background in mergers, technology, or advisory services is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience.
• Experience in 2 of: Mergers and acquisitions, Technology, Consulting / advisory services.
• Advanced problem-solving skills, curiosity and creative thinking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with high-quality reports and presentations.
• Adept at building strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate key IT risks affecting deal value for buy-side clients.
• Advise clients on separation or integration assessments.
• Develop and present deliverables; support business development activities.
• Identify client risks throughout the transaction lifecycle and mitigate them.
• Analyze and evaluate IT financials; highlight considerations for the transaction.
• Collaborate with EY-Parthenon and EY teams to deliver value across the transaction lifecycle.
