Job summary

Frazer Tremble in Melbourne is seeking a Program Technical Lead – Data to provide senior, hands-on data leadership across the enterprise data foundation phase of our multi-year transformation. You will own data strategy, governance, MDM, and data models, working with Fabric, Dataverse and Azure to ensure trusted data as we redesign the operating model.

The role is based in Melbourne with hybrid onsite requirements.

Qualifications

Extensive senior experience in data governance, data quality or data architecture.
Experience leading data foundation initiatives within large transformation programs.
Knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, Azure data services and modern data platforms is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Support development of enterprise data strategy, governance framework and data management practices.
Establish and mature data governance with ownership, stewardship, standards and metadata management.
Lead data quality activities across transformation work packages: profiling, cleansing, validation and remediation.
Support definition and governance of master data domains.
Lead development of program data models, data dictionaries and a common data vocabulary.
Provide senior data expertise across Fabric, Dataverse and Azure data services (Dynamics experience a plus).
Support data migration and validation to ensure new platforms launch with trusted data.
Uplift data capability across the organisation through mentoring and coaching.
