Job summary

Qantas Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Data Product and Engagement to lead the data product portfolio across Qantas Airways, QantasLink and shared services. You will convert fragmented demand into a coherent, sequenced set of governed data products and ensure adoption as measured outcomes.

You will lead Data Product Leads, drive portfolio roadmap, alignment with enterprise standards, and deliver value through data platform migration to Snowflake while maintaining cost efficiency and business

Qualifications

10+ years in data and analytics leadership.
Bachelor's degree in quantitative or technical discipline; postgraduate qualifications desirable.
Proven ownership of enterprise data product or analytics portfolio.

Responsibilities

Lead Data Product Leads and represent the function at programme, technology and governance forums.
Own and prioritise the enterprise data product portfolio across Qantas Airways, QantasLink and shared functions.
Resolve competing demand and ensure alignment with enterprise value and platform standards.
Manage the portfolio roadmap, delivery commitments, dependencies, risks, capacity and investment requirements.
Maximise portfolio value through reuse of data products, value cases and cost management.
Lead migration from legacy platforms to Snowflake and ensure business adoption and retirement of legacy assets.
