You'll own reporting and analytics initiatives, build Power BI dashboards, and partner with stakeholders across Health Services to optimise performance and patient outcomes.

You’ll work in a collaborative team, advancing data storytelling capabilities, and contributing to a data-driven culture across the organisation.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years’ experience across Microsoft data platforms and data analytics.
• 3+ years’ hands-on experience using SQL to extract and manipulate data.
• 2+ years’ experience using Power BI, including DAX.
• Strong data storytelling and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of data quality, cleansing, validation and ETL processes.

• Develop high-quality reports and dashboards using Power BI and other analytics tools.
• Use SQL to extract, manipulate and analyse data for reporting and insights.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements across operations and reporting.
• Develop predictive models and analyses to support better decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy and reliability through QA and validation.
• Support implementation of the Health Services data strategy and roadmap.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting for greater efficiency.
